Sparrow Company is looking for a VICE PRESIDENT Community Relations with headquarters in the PHOENIX metro area for our client, a Leading RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Company in NORTH AMERICA. This person will report directly to the PRESIDENT.
Job Summary
As the Vice President, your mission will be to guide the overall community management division for current productivity as well as future opportunities.
Overseeing a talented team which includes Community Managers, Coordinators and Regional Directors.
Some of the responsibilities for this Job:
- Responsible for client retention, employee retention, and the advancement of the company and client services in terms of its image, visibility, reputation, diversification, professionalism, and technology.
- Assist other management team members in the recruiting, hiring, and separation of employees.
- Be aware of and share with key associates an awareness of external factors, internal factors, best business practices, optimum use of resources and strategic thinking; while also listening to associates to capture and incorporate their best thinking on pertinent aspects of guiding the business.
- Manage budget and approve expenditures for area of responsibility. Provide year-end input to corporate budget and, to those line items within area of responsibility.
- Commit to attending all designated company meetings and events as well as supervisor meetings, area of responsibility team meetings, and others that may occur from time to time.
- Lead responsibility to coordinate best practices, innovation, creative thinking and implementation of business practices.
- Support sales efforts to gain new business including supporting and/or delivering sales presentations to potential clients.
- Interact with Marketing for specific regional marketing plans to enhance company
