Coordinate with USEUCOM COP participants to establish requirements address interoperability issues associated with GCCS-J and LMMT and service GCCS variants.

  • Provide technical TDL expertise to support the development and integration of TDL data into USEUCOM C2 and non-C2 platforms; including existing and emerging service-oriented architectures.
  • Provide recommendations for the implementation of TDL products at USEUCOM for both the theater and unit-level operations, as well as integration with Joint and allied forces.
  • Assists in the development of change proposals to existing tactical data link MIL-STDs to support Link 16 and LMMT system requirements.
  • Evaluates proposed changes to data link MIL-STDs proposed by other organizations for impact to C2P, Link 16 and LMMT programs.
  • Provide technical TDL expertise to support the development and integration of TDL data into USEUCOM C2 and non-C2 platforms; including existing and emerging service-oriented architectures.
  • Provide recommendations for the implementation of TDL products at USEUCOM for both the theater and unit-level operations, as well as integration with Joint and allied forces.
  • Control GCCS MTC Channel to LMMT connections
  • Provide advance filtering on GCCS Servers and LMMT

TESA requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, OR;
  • A associate’s degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR;
  • A major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR;
  • 11 years of recent specialized experience

  • Advanced knowledge of GCCS-J software and applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Experience operating, integrating, and managing Link-16, Link-11 and Multi-TDL Systems including;
  • Experience with tactical data link management tools, including Joint Range Extension (JRE), Joint Air Defense System Integrator (JADSI), Link Monitoring System–Multi TDL (LMS– MT)
  • Experience with utilizing MIL-STD-6016, MIL-STD-3011, and integrating Joint Range Extension (JRE) capability onto U.S. and foreign military platforms.
  • Minimum of five years of experience with service, joint, or combined data link interoperability operations, exercises, and training
  • Operational experience with GCCS COP functionality and applications (ICSF, Agile Client, etc.) with emphasis on communications configuration, track data flow and synchronization of Link
  • Perform analysis of multi-TDL architecture performance and institute changes based on observations.
  • Possess documented training on data link management tools in including Link Monitoring System (LMS-MT),Joint Range Extension (JRE), and with the Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI)
  • Provide Link-11, Link-16, development, selection, and expertise
  • Candidate must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification requirements at time of hire.
  • Candidate must obtain ITIL Foundation certification within 90 days of hire.
