LUXXE HONOR Natural Product Co + Wellness Studio
LH is a *new concept* business model with 360 degrees of wellness. The 2400 Sq Ft studio offers wellness ranging from retail loaded with clean safe non-toxic products to services: yoga/meditation classes, facials/massage/reiki and educational workshops. Studio also hosts events and fundraisers. LH has 1/3 of its space devoted to retail and 2/3 to services. The studio offers services a la carte but also boasts a 200+ growing monthly membership.
Studio Manager must be super energetic, subscribe to wellness and be very personable and positive for our client community and team. Candidate must be extremely responsible and reliable and able to work 30+ hours/week. Key attributes include organizational skills, thorough follow up, attention to detail, ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and a professional attitude at all times.
Studio Manger will be responsible for managing all aspects of the wellness studio to ensure smooth operation, predictable client experiences, and to be an asset to the studio team.
Responsibilities include:
– retail floor and POS check out
– inventory ordering & tracking
– client/member relationships
– manage PT retail staff members
– appointments + class schedule
– event + workshop scheduling and marketing collateral
– minor social media posting
– email marketing (1-2/mo)
– supplies and overseeing studio maintenance
Current studio hours: Mon 830-1, Tue 830-1, Wed 830-8, Thu 830-8, Fri 830-1, Sat 830-1
