First Atlantic Federal Credit Union has been serving Monmouth and Ocean counties since 1935. That’s more than 80 years of service to our members and our communities. We’re a not-for-profit institution owned by our members. Anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Monmouth or Ocean counties is eligible to join. Family members of a First Atlantic member can also belong.

What we are looking for:

First Atlantic Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Senior Vice President of Lending. We are looking for someone with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience, and a graduate degree or equivalent. The ideal candidate should also have a strategic mindset and must have previous lending.

The SVP of Lending will:

• Identify current and potential markets/service offerings for the Credit Union aligned with strategic plans; develop and implement plans and programs to respond to those developments and target the desired markets.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors’ rates, terms, etc. and other trends relating to services.
• Develop and manage the Small business Department activities.

Continuously monitor, evaluate, improve the overall effectiveness of the departments and the subordinate units against established performance standards.
