As a Senior Level Project Manager, some of your responsibilities will include: ·

  • Driving MKD Safety Culture
  • Holding project teams accountable for following safety policy
  • Attending Site Safety Meetings as needed
  • Market MKD, grow customer base and foster relationships with client reps; visit regularly
  • Ensuring the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects are being managed
  • Overseeing multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Aligning resources, motivate and inspire the team
  • Be a mentor and coach, guiding the team
  • Ensure detailed plans are in place for projects. Includes project sequencing work, & efficiency
  • Set goals for the team, implement strategies for achieving these goals
  • Apply / review lessons learned with the team throughout the project
  • Ensure systems and processes are being adhered to
  • Perform high-level reviews of project efficiency & productivity, labor hours, comp rate, material budgets, and other job expenses
  • Manage the financial performance of projects assigned to you/team reporting to you
  • Works with the PM’s to determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for all projects
  • Oversee/Complete monthly financial projections
  • Ensure Change Order Management systems and processes are being met
  • Participate in weekly sales meeting/project meetings

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand or walk eight or more hours in a shift
  • Sit or kneel eight or more hours in a shift
  • Walk up and down stairs on an extended basis
  • Climb up and down a ladder up to 35 feet high
  • Be clean-shaven to OSHA standards when required to don a respirator
  • Read/comprehend tape measure, blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, work orders, instructions, formulas and processing charts
  • Distinguish colors
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Valid government-issued Driver’s License
  • Proof of Work Authorization
