Program Management
- Lead large scale programs requiring contributions and coordination from multiple Digital and Technology teams.
- Execute the project tasks and deliverables for all assigned programs, following Program Management CoP guidelines and best practices.
- Drive each applicable stage throughout the program lifecycle and ensure critical information is shared among applicable team members.
- Ensure teams are delivering against the plan and work with the teams to raise concerns and hold teams accountable for actions.
- Identify when additional support and facilitation is needed and escalate to senior team members when appropriate.
- Plan and schedule meetings as appropriate, work with teams to ensure key materials are prepared for productive meetings that drive results.
- Work with program teams to get a task, issue, and risk updates.
- Articulate program status, provide actionable updates, speak to current risks, provide risk aversion plans and assist with updates.
- Create and cascade communications and weekly status reports.
- Manage program budget aggregation for all participating teams.
- Provide day to day leadership and work direction across the program.
- Determine program-wide RYG status and consistently communicate to appropriate stakeholders, leadership and contributors.
- Mitigate risk and drive problem resolution across all program team participants.
Delivery Management
- Support assigned team(s) with roadmap delivery, coordination, and communication.
- Apply the right level of process based on the team need to enable more efficient delivery.
- Establish and drive delivery cadences based on team needs and methodology used.
- Drive the evolution of the team through continuous improvement activities for process and tools.
- Work with the team to align activities through each stage of the development lifecycle.
- Identify impediments that are blocking progress and work with the team to resolve them quickly.
- Provide visibility on delivery targets, commitments, and progress.
- Drive and coordinate activities for projects requiring cross-team delivery.
- Support business readiness activities.
- Support product team D&T standard activities (Capacity planning, release notes, etc.).
- Ensure good meeting guidelines are followed: agendas established, purposeful attendee list, decisions and action items captured, recaps sent, respectful and considerate follow-ups, etc.
- Coach team to self-organize and be cross-functional.

Basic Requirements
- 6 years of project management experience
- 3 years of agile delivery experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal; ability to lead and influence without authority.
