Responsibilities:
- Build and Sustain North America sales processes including standard work around Funnel Management, Win/Loss reporting, Sales Role standard work and War Room in alignment with global standards. Apply concepts of DBS to proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
- Build and Sustain reporting and data support tools including Customer and Territory Insights benefiting individual sales associates but also ensuring consistent data transparency and visibility at all levels of the organization to metrics essential for sales organization effectiveness
- Build and Sustain deep adoption of standard work around Salesforce CRM in North America
- Benchmark and share best sales operations practices with regional Sales Operations counterparts
- Measure and Grow Funnel and Funnel Velocity as well as other measures of sales force effectiveness
- Align activities against requirements of regional sales organizations
- Build and run a variety of sales reports and Business Intelligence Dashboards to support the field organization
- Drive the creation and enforcement of business rules in the CRM System
- Owns the requirements and road map for CRM development
- Support the sales team by working with Corporate IT team to ensure that open cases and administrative requests are resolved promptly
- Develop and manage key performance metrics to measure all aspects of the selling process
- Manage the NACO Growth War Room process and visual management to ensure Policy Deployment and KPIâs are successfully achieved
- Lead the territory management, mapping and segmentation process across the NACO sales organization
- Support various projects through Policy Deployment
- Works closely with Incentive Compensation team in the design of compensation plans and Quota setting process
- Works closely with Sales management to align and optimize territories.
- Owns data streams and data integrity of Sales reporting & Incentive compensation systems

- Ability to work across organizational lines
- Comfortable with CRM and other Sales Efficiency technologies
- Experience in implementing BI and Reporting solutions (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik)
- Familiar with incentive compensation systems (ie. Xactly)
- 8+ years Sales Operations, Sales or other relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience with building and maintaining BI solutions for a large Sales Organization
- BS/BA Degree, MBA preferred
