Key Role:
Guide a team on how to use Agile Scrum practices and values throughout our client delivery across our Software Development Life Cycle. Continue self-organizing teams across multiple work streams and integrated client programs. Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and coach the team to higher levels of maturity. Assist with internal and external client communication, improving transparency, and setting and meeting metrics for delivery. Support and educate the program Requirements Leads and Business analysts on grooming and maintaining the product backlog and ensuring that we have a minimum of 3 months of stories in the backlog and full backlog grooming activities. Facilitate all aspects of the Sprint lifecycle from Sprint planning through Sprint Retrospectives. Lead Sprint planning and prioritization sessions with our Client Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team that is diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- 7+ years of experience in data management, data analytics, and data integration
- Experience with Jira and Confluence collaboration tools
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Informatica, Tableau, Esri ArcGIS or PowerBI
- Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach, including numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, and handling bugs
- Ability to lead a development process to deliver data integration capabilities using desktop, web, and Cloud technologies
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- BA or BS degree
- Project Management Institute or ICagile Scrum Certification

- Experience with Cloud Migrations
