The JD is brief as below

  • Overall 10-15 year experience in program management and out of that 8-10 years of experience in Agile development. Must be aware of sprints and sprint management.
  • Should be able to run entire Squad’s responsibilities from collecting the requirements to implementation to support. The Squad lead will manage the sprints and run the backlogs etc.
  • Should be well versed with Salesforce implementation/modernization.
  • Should be strong communicator who can interact with Business folks, development team, testers, support teams and training teams as well.
  • Certifications in Agile/Scrum master will be plus.
