Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program

  • Serves as the Resource Manager and Operations Lead for contract effort and related task orders
  • Performs a variety of complex administrative and staffing analytical tasks in support of a multitude of contracts within the business area.
  • Maintains staffing metrics for program, and provides weekly updates to management to include vacancies, hires, LCATs, resignations, removals and other staffing data.
  • Participates in weekly staffing meetings, assigns priorities to the recruiting team and other staff.
  • Schedules regular meetings with program managers to triage staffing needs for their programs.
  • Manages staffing processes within the human capital database, and create requisitions as needed to appropriately staff the Business Area.
  • Coordinates development of deliverables and products to include weekly staffing reports, and Monthly Program Reviews to submit to the client.
  • Track and manage employee on-boarding actions and progress
  • Collaborates and works closely with other functions to include Contracts, Subcontracts, Security, Human Resources and Finance.
  • Serve as liaison between GDIT and Subcontractors to appropriately partner and staff a multitude of contracts.
  • Serves as a liaison between the recruiting team and program management team.
  • Drives business operations by monitoring the progress of projects, tasks, requisitions, offers, etc.
  • Analyze Business Area staffing trends to identify appropriate C86 LCATs to source and interview for.
  • May also perform services on assigned tasks.
  • Ensures ePMO is accurate and up to date for responsible programs
  • Creates staffing matrices and builds resumes as customer deliverables for any new staff brought onto program, as well as for proposal efforts.
  • Participates in special projects as required.

BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military/customer experience.

Required Experience:

  • Extensive Admin experience
  • Extensive experience with workflow tools
  • Extensive organizational familiarity

Desired Qualifications

  • 2 years of intelligence community related experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience using Data management tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Proven organization, problem solving and time management skills
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, team player
  • Experience in proposal processes
