Real estate investor/broker seeks talented project manager/assistant in San Diego.
I am seeking only experienced candidates. Must have 5 plus years of real estate experience. A Real Estate license is preferred but not required.
Looking to fill position immediately. This position has project management duties as well as administration assistant tasks. We are looking for someone well seasoned.
Candidate must have professional written and verbal skills. Candidate must also have a positive attitude, be a fast learner and be able to adapt quickly to changing processes and requirements. Candidate would be encouraged to improve processes to make the job more efficient.
Candidate would mainly focus on home flipping projects, hiring and managing contractors, overseeing remodeling projects, servicing seller listings, buyers, and organizing paperwork. The candidate would be working from home as well as driving out to projects all over San Diego County. The candidate would be required to come to the investors home office in Mission Beach at least once a week. Being able to spell correctly and speak English are very important. Being able to accurately complete tasks with minimal supervision and a high standard of execution are important. Being able to communicate flawlessly with the investor is essential. The candidate must also be absolutely great with numbers and financials as they will be in charge of paying bills, calculating budgets, profits, and some bookkeeping.
I buy and sell houses and need an assistant to get repair bids from potential workers. Having an eye for remodeling is important as the candidate may be selecting materials during the remodel. Speaking Spanish is a important as many of the home remodeling workers speak Spanish. The candidate will be communicating with them heavily to coordinate projects. Mastery of the English language is even more important, as you will be expected to prepare fliers and write professional e mails. Must be able to file documents, coordinate projects, hold open houses, drive people to view homes, create fliers, pick up lock boxes, and hire other professionals to perform tasks. Attention to detail is essential. Excellent grammar, financial calculation skills,great communication skills, intelligence, good work ethic, loyalty, trustworthy, are all qualities that are needed for this position.
Experience in real estate is required. Having a real estate license is preferred but not required. Sales skills would be a plus but not required. You will primarily work from home, but must have a dependable car and be able to drive around the San Diego area. This is more of a project based position. The hours range depending on how many projects/listings that are in the pipeline. Weekend work will be required per the project. Hours can range from 15 per week to 45 depending on how many projects/listings in the pipeline. Please email me your resume.
