Experience in all aspects of community operation with an emphasis on marketing, rent collection, budgeting and staff development. Strong customer service. Minimum of five (5) years related experience. Knowledge of Word, Excel and Onesite. Certifications preferred: CAM, CAP, CPM or ARM. Marketing, communication and resident retention skills a must.
