Project Manager

Gallery Media Group is a rapidly growing digital media company that includes women’s lifestyle brand PureWow, which is dedicated to making a woman’s life more beautiful, manageable, and efficient; ONE37pm, a men’s lifestyle brand at the intersection of culture, style, music and sports, seen through the lens of entrepreneurship; and a collection of premium podcast shows that includes Royally Obsessed, Mom Brain, Long Story Short and the ONE37pm Podcast. Our mission is to “make positivity louder.”

We are seeking a full time Project Manager for the New York City office. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years project management experience in digital media and a top performance record. This candidate should be a self-starter, incredibly organized and thrive in fast-paced environments. The role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage many personality types.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, lead department or company-wide projects efficiently and effectively across all levels of personnel.
• Develop and deliver project management programs encompassing all the details of a project to all relevant stakeholders.
• Set realistic and practical goals for all projects.
• Develop appropriate strategies for achieving all project goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to relevant team members about each project to ensure responsibilities and efficient task management.
• Identify all the internal and external resources (financial, technical, HR, etc) required to complete projects successfully.
• Evaluate the progress of projects on regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years project management experience
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, organization and reasoning skills.
• Great with computers (Mac experience preferred), including word processing (Google Docs and/or Word), spreadsheets (Google Docs and/or Excel), and general internet savvy
• Fast learner
