Experience as a corporate program manager on a defense contract of similar magnitude and complexity of this requirement.

Experience determining program objectives organizing requirements scheduling projects and developing standards and guidelines.

Experience managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

Experience managing large complex projects/deliverables with numerous stakeholders.

Experience managing relationships across business and customer organizations, and other stakeholders throughout the project cycle.

Experience managing multiple priorities and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables.

Experience planning and managing the work of training efforts conducted by multiple functional area teams/commands.

Experience developing exercise/event timelines with required deliverables.

Experience designing and implementing new staffing solutions and organizational structures to meet training needs.

Experience ensuring consistency of quality in services across multiple functional areas/commands.

Experience employing independent judgment and initiative to manage personnel and resources.

Experience leveraging best practices and problem solving.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Equivalent experience to a Bachelor’s degree is two (2) additional years Resource Band experience. Example: Program Manager (8 years of experience required) – No degree + equivalent (2) years additional resource band experience = total 10 years of experience required.
