Patriot Converting, LLC is a fast-growing paper converter, and distribution company servicing the printing industry of the Midwest. We have the newest state of the art equipment and need trained professionals to join our staff in support of our company’s mission to serve our customers. Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Production Manager who is able to manage and coordinate the daily production operation through supervising, motivating, and supporting our staff. The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring that all established production, quality, and delivery standards are met. This position will also be responsible for managing subordinate supervisors, assisting Human Resources with hiring processes, provides guidance to the development and improvement of the manufacturing process plan, and other duties as assigned.

Applicant Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent managerial experience.
• 3+ years of related managerial industry experience.

Best fit for this role includes someone with the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent managerial experience.
• Previous experience in the paper industry, shipping and receiving, quality control, and/or manufacturing
