    Position: Online Marketing Director

    Duties: A. Create Necessary Processes to Increase Efficiency in the US and Turkey Offices. B. Direct the creation, development, and coordination of marketing and business programs. C. Direct staff’s PPC campaign activities (Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Facebook, Google Shopping, Etc.). D. Direct staff’s SEO/Digital Marketing Executions (Content Creation, Backlinking, Lead Generation, etc). E. Manage Company Server, Domains Registrars, emails, and DNS settings. F. Manage procedures for integrations between various software tools.

    Salary: $122,845

    Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field and 3 years’ prior experience in marketing, business development or related occupation.

    Special Requirements: 3 years’ experience working at a digital advertising agency in the United States. 3 years of experience working with Amazon advertising (formerly Amazon marketing services). Must have built an amazon store from scratch and be knowledgeable in each part of amazon seller central as well as global selling. Must have managed three or more client’s paid and organic digital marketing projects simultaneously. Minimum 3 years’ experience with the following tools: Proposify, Nutshell, Zapier, Kixie, Dialogtech, and Quickbooks. Must be familiar with the following platforms and should have created at least 5 websites on them: WordPress, Volusion, Bigcommerce, Shopify. Must have a min of 3 years of experience advertising on the following platforms: Amazon, Ebay, Wayfair, Houzz, Google shopping, Google Adwords, Facebook, and Linkedin. Must be knowledgeable in server management, domain registrars, setting up and transferring emails, and managing DNS settings.
