Senior Helpers of Tempe is expanding and seeking a qualified and motivated team member.
Senior Helpers is a Home Care company providing in-home care to adults; Compassionate affordable care at a moment’s notice. We are in need of a sharp, professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy individual. An individual willing to learn and grow with our company is the expectation for this hire. On the job training with the potential responsibility to lead a team.
- Initial Role: The office manager’s role is to answer and screen incoming calls and coordinate general office activities. Office experience is required.
- Goal: Senior Helpers and this hire is expected to grow into a role that would go beyond an office manager role to more of an Operations Role.
Responsibilities include but not be limited to:
· Creatingemployee and client packets
· Coordinate the hiring and on boarding of caregivers
· Verify and complete on-boarding for new employees
· Scheduling and matching of caregivers with clients
· Ensure all proper information is collected and filed
· Maintain and audit time-cards
Qualifications:
· Minimum one year in an office setting
· Customer Service experience
· Ability to multitask
· Strong verbal communication skills
· Team player willing to work with and lead others
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Experience in HR and/or onboarding wanted but not necessary
