This position will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run an organization efficiently. Additionally, this position will assist in Human Resources with carrying out responsibilities in pre-employment processes, employee onboarding and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly such as; managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary, coordinating team building events and welcoming visitors.
  • Assist with Payroll / Accounting support
  • Onboarding/Offboarding team members
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, overseeing team travel, doing research, and creating reports
  • Coordinating company events (executive retreats, end of the year all-hands, holiday party)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Experience recruiting for technical positions
  • HR Experience: Onboarding/Offboarding & Benefits Administration
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
