Odle Management Group, LLC is seeking a visionary, goal-driven, highly professional leader to manage Title I services under the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act for the Northeast Oklahoma Workforce area

The Operations Manager will provide supervision, training, management, compliance and oversight of the Oklahoma Works Center’s Title I services throughout the Northeast Oklahoma Region. The region is comprised of seven (7) counties which include Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata, Ottawa, Rogers, and Washington counties. Oklahoma Works offices are located in Bartlesville, Claremore, Pryor, and Miami. The Operations Manager may office in any of the four locations.

Responsibilities: Complete oversight of WIOA Title I programs, supervise, hire, develop and evaluate staff located throughout the region. Includes performing quality review of all initial enrollments, funding requests and contracts for compliance and data integrity; maintaining all tracking records; submitting weekly, monthly and annual reports; and meeting all State and local performance.

Competencies Required: Ability to interpret local State and Federal guidelines, knowledge and understanding of the labor market and jobs, able to identify and solve problems, able to generate, interpret and analyze reports, proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office. Must possess strong leadership skills.

Bachelor’s degree required. Direct Workforce program experience preferred.

Must have valid Driver License.

Salary Range $45,000.00 – $49,000.00 Depending on experience
