Position Description
Principle duties and responsibilities; the following statements reflect the general duties fulfilled by the Medical Director but are not considered a detailed description of all the duties the position may require.
- A current State Medical License
- Recruit from the medical community otherprofessionals to assist with the care of patients in the clinic
- Assist in establishing relationships with neighboring clinics and healthcare systems to provide for specialized health care needs
- Monitor the medical aspects of the clinic operations
- Collaborate with the clinic medical personnel to develop policies and procedures
- Actively participates as a member of the Board of Directors
- Volunteer in the clinic at least once a month
