Marketing Operations Project Manager

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of project management and/or traffic coordination experience required, or related experience
- Solid understanding of media specs, channels, and orders
- Experience using project management software
- Effective planning, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Experience handling multiple tasks, a high volume of work and prioritizing duties in a fast-paced environment
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional attitude and communication style
- Demonstrated skill in exercising initiative, good judgment, and making sound and timely decisions
- Experience working with all levels of employees, management, stakeholders, and vendors
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of process related to marketing, operations or project management
- Effective organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Must have the ability to get up to speed quickly and work autonomously
- Willing to learn and contribute to the team
