This is a ground floor opportunity to join a mid-size, rapidly growing manufacturer with unlimited potential in the utility industry. Requirements:
The ideal candidate must be an entrepreneur with the drive to successfully manage multiple key projects, meet deadlines, be a positive team player and lead our production team. Ten yearsâ experience working in an ISO9001 manufacturing environment with knowledge of CNC machines and tig welding, ability to read blueprints, must have MRP software experience, familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and also requires the ability to deal with our customers directly as needed and be a good communicator. Mechanical Engineering degree required. This position will be part of the senior management team and report directly to the CEO.
Duties include but not limited to:
Coordinate work assignments to be performed to meet established goals/customer demands, work with other departments to assure scheduled completion of quality products, maintain a safe work environment, develop and maintain departmental records, equipment utilization/capacity data, and quality performance including improving shop efficiency.
