Customer Experience Integration is seeking a dynamic individual who has proven leadership experience and possesses a high level of personal accountability for achieving successful execution of cross-divisional initiatives. This individual will help drive a cross divisional initiative for frontline, customer facing teams by managing, coordinating, and engaging in activities for the CX5 program activities and other enterprise wide customer experience initiatives. In addition, they must have the ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
