We are seeking an experienced hands-on Language Instruction Program Manager who can work for various government projects as a team and contribute his or her unique talents to the workplace. We implement high quality, cost-effective Language Services that include Translation, Interpretation, Desktop Publishing, ASL/CART, Language Instruction/Culture Training, Bilingual Staffing, and Intel Analysts.   • >Duties and Responsibilities: *
  • Manage the design, delivery, administration, and ongoing evaluation of 3-5 language training programs
  • Ensure all class materials and training quality are met the needs/requirements of our clients
  • Coordinate class schedules and receive feedback from client for continuous improvement
  • Be responsible for the overall program quality control
  • Recruit language instructors and build partnership with language schools
  • Monitor instructor performance and each class
  • Comply with Client’s reporting requirement
  • Complete other duties, as assigned
  • >Qualifications*
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience working in foreign language instruction programs/government contracts
  • Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills
  • Having up-to-date knowledge of online media and social networking platforms
  • Experience administering a foreign language program including budget tracking, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, logistics and managing classes
  • Ability to find suitable classroom facilities around the U.S.
  • Ability to travel domestic and/or international
  • Experience as foreign language instructor, test, curriculum developer or similar role is preferred

  • Salary: $60,000
