    Job Summary:

    The Information Technology (IT) Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the selection, planning, implementation, evaluation, end-user (user) support and vendor relations service management of major application initiatives. This position is accountable for all aspects of project management cycle associated with the selection and implementation of designated applications. The IT PM functions in a collaborative role with an established user application manager. This position is responsible for managing the customer-supplier relationship between Information Technology and established operational group(s). The IT PM is accountable for developing a liaison relationship which requires field work, understanding work processes indigenous to the operational group, and developing a system or methodology to support the work of the operational group from a technical or systems perspective.

    Education Requirements:

    Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field required. Project Management Professional Certification strongly desired.

    Experience Requirements:

    Minimum of five years’ work experience as a Project Manager required.

    Experience with Lawson ERP, Cerner/Soarian Revenue Cycle System, or any EMR system is desired.
