Recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of 2019’s fastest growing businesses in the construction industry, we are pleased to add an Assistant Project Manager to join the Airadigm Solutions’ National Accounts team! This position reports directly to the National Accounts Manager and is the liaison between our National Accounts office administration and our field technicians. Assisting with report review and scheduling our team of national technicians on multiple projects while managing reporting requirements is an integral part of this job.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review TAB reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Addressing punch list items and determine if revisits are necessary. Coordinating revisits with the Support Manager.
  • Provide technical support to the field technician team.
  • Seek ongoing training and new guidelines for technical aspects of HVAC equipment.
  • Perform TAB work at various sites on an as needed basis.
  • Provide updates to National Accounts Manager on technician quality.
  • Participate in training new team members on technical related matters.
  • Occasional travel to the corporate office, industry tradeshows/conventions and annual meetings.
  • Special projects as assigned by National Accounts Manager and/or corporate leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HVAC industry, specifically Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB)

  • Excellent time management, critical thinking and organization skills
  • TAB technician field experience
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and understands prioritization
  • Self-starter, but works well in a team environment
  • Proficient computer skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Commercial HVAC: 1 year (Required)
  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
