Title HRIS Manager

Description The Sr. Manager, HRIS will be responsible for the overall strategy, development and maintenance of HR Processes and System procedures, both on a local and global level. Work will span all of the HR function including: recruiting, annual performance, staffing and scheduling, career path development, Manager and Leadership Development, new hire orientation, and employee data retention.
This position is responsible for developing global HRIS strategies while ensuring that Global business requirements are met, as well as consulting to all regions as the strategies are executed. The Sr. Manager, HRIS will be the point person for HRIS, and will ensure the harmonization of data to allow for standardized global reporting. Additionally, the Sr. Manager, HRIS will lead the integration of HR data into other company systems, while ensuring that systems and practices are current and compliant with internal policy and external contract agreement. The incumbent will be the primary partner for the IT function while managing local HR and IT relationships.
Requirements The successful candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, experience and attributes:
- Strategic HR Technology implementation and support experience
- Strong client focus and track record of creative solutions meeting and surpassing client requirements
- Extensive experience with HRIS and Intranet applications and programs â UltiPro experience is a must
- Proven Leadership ability in HR technology and HR services
- Extensive project management leadership experience with a track record of successful results, on time delivery within budget
- Proven managed large HR system implementations or upgrade projects with cross-functional and/or global organizational implications
- Identify, direct and documentation of complex HR requirements to solve customer needs in a cost effective manner
- Analyze and solve complex problem areas and recommend HR system or intranet solutions
- Successful leadership of HR technology organizations and cross functional teams
- Proven partner to executive sponsor of firms intranet design, development and process team
- Team leader and team player
- Develop strategic plans for continuously improving the administration of the HR technology services and capabilities
- Communicate directly with the end users, IT professionals and HR professionals in the analysis and resolution of development and production situations
- Prepare and present analysis of proposed projects, feasibility studies, cost estimates and recommend appropriate software and/or hardware
- Work directly with other HR centers of expertise, payroll, finance, IT and other areas to ensure system integration and compatibility
- Develop, test and implement new or modified systems
- Ensure end user training material and programs are developed and updated as needed
- Maintain the highest level of system integrity and security
