Summary

The Field Operations Director, under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations, shall have responsibility for overseeing all offices and warehouses.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Essential Functions:

Acts as a liaison between corporate office and branch offices

Manages and trains Area Managers, Office Managers or Assistants, and Technicians

Acts as a resource for service and operations questions

Monitors service and delivery schedules and metrics

Sees that department goals based on company objectives are met

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree

5 years management experience

DME experience preferred
