HealthSource of Ohio is seeking to hire a Practice Manager II who is passionate about providing quality healthcare to our patients and communities. We are looking for Friendly, Accessible, Credible individuals to join a great team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of HSO Center.
- Evaluates and manages staff ratio and assures adequate staffing to meet organizational productivity and customer service goals.
- Maintains excellent relations with providers and staff.
- Supports financial operations of HSO including but not limited to, budget oversight, accurate registration, co-pay/self-pay collections, UDS data collection, sliding fee program, and billing follow-up.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA federal and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a clinical environment physician office preferred
- 5 years of management experience required. (preferably in healthcare setting)
- Associate degree in Business, Healthcare, or another Related Field preferred.
