    The Executive Director is the leader of our senior living facility and is responsible for executing the strategic plan of the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the community, ensuring that they are operating efficiently and effectively to meet business goals. We strive to make sure our employees know we care about their wellbeing as well as the residents we serve. The facility is in the Flint area.

    We are looking for an experienced executive director with the following qualifications:

    · Experience managing a senior living facility

    · Working with seniors as a caregiver and passing medications

    · Management experience hiring, discipling and training a large staff

    · Experience in sales and marketing

    · Able to complete a working budget and adhere to it

    · Excellent verbal and written communication, able to lead meetings

    · Flexible schedule with the ability to cover all shifts

    · Thorough knowledge of state regulations

    · The ability to multitask and work in stressful situations

    The duties will be:

    · Certifying residents and staff files are maintained, following state regulations

    · Ensures community leaders are working to their full potential

    · Coordinate move-ins with all levels of staff

    · Review incident reports and follows safety procedures

    · Involvement in local community events

    · Perform other duties as required by licensing board and corporate office
