Position: Site Manager

Primary Responsibilities Overview
To be responsible for overall site management, productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Site financial accountability
To oversee the site’s team member hiring, firing, development and training and ensure that all team member’s act in a way consistent with PRI’s core values
Responsible for bidding, proposal writing and sales of install and management projects
Duties and Responsibilities
Site Management
Customer Satisfaction o Ensure team members are dealing with staff in a professional manner o Deal with customer issues as necessary o Make sure that the quality of work is up to PRI standards
Efficiency and Productivity o Oversee coordination of all work activities o Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
EOS o Weekly Pulse meeting including agenda and site scorecard o Quarterly Rocks meeting
Site Financial Accountability
Responsible for accurate and up to date secured lists
Ensure completed work is billed accurately and promptly
Monitor expenses and keep within budgets
Team Member Oversight
Hiring and Firing of all non-salaried personnel
Ensure that all team members are demonstrating PRI’s core values
Oversee and implement training of team members
Complete biannual team member development reviews
Bidding and Sales
Contact leads, set up site evaluations and write project proposals
Calculate bids for competitive bid projects
Ensure that the sales process from lead through sales orders and forecasts are properly entered in to NetSuite
Pass secured projects off to coordinators and managers and ensure all information is properly conveyed
Other duties as assigned may include but are not limited to the following
Facilities maintenance
Attendance at trade shows and conferences
Mechanical Repairs
To be a spokesperson for PRI in the community
Job Requirements
– BA in related field.
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restoration and/or managing of native plant communities.
– Minimum of 3 years managing team members.
– Sincere interest in native plant communities.
– Ability to lift 50 lbs. often.
– Ability to obtain MnDOT Health Card (PRI pays).
– Valid MN Driver’s License
– Ability to be insured to drive company vehicle by PRI insurance company.
– Comfortable handling herbicides.
– Ability to obtain MN Dept of Ag Pesticide Applicator License(PRI Pays)
– Comfortable with large and small power equipment use.
– Tolerance of working outside in adverse conditions.
– Willingness to sometimes work long/unpredictable hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 to $58,000.00 /year
