E-Commerce Manager

Dickey Farms has been growing peaches in middle Georgia for over 120 years. Our peaches are sold all across the U.S. through grocery chains, at our retail market here in Musella, and online; shipped directly to customer’s doorsteps. To support our continued growth in e-commerce, we are looking for an individual to join our e-commerce team. The e-commerce Manager will take the lead on website sales, marketing strategy, and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and direct the sales for Dickey Farms e-commerce platform
• Develop and implement forecasting plan for revenue, reporting, inventory and materials
• Create strategic online marketing plan and execution strategy.
• Website operations, production, digital marketing, customer acquisition and retention, merchandising and brand maintenance.
• ECommerce business strategy, revenue, P&L management, forecasts and overall performance of the brand.
• Launching email and marketing campaigns
• Participate in product development and procurement
• Meeting customers’ expectations

Requirements

• eCommerce management experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing.
• Strong understanding of social media.
• Experience with SEO and SEM.
• Knowledge of web analytics research tools to drive decision making and operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with financial and budgeting.
• Proficient with Microsoft office Applications
• Agriculture or Gift Industry experience a plus
