Director of Marketing
Job Summary:
The Director of Marketing will report to the Vice President of Marketing and will be responsible for setting a business plan in motion for marketing locations that will drive tours to our resort location. The Director will be responsible for overseeing both Front-Line and In-House, and meet or exceed company marketing goals and managing multiple marketing locations and growing throughout the United States.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee and manage Marketing locations to include In-house with support and coordination in our field marketing areas.
- Drive over budget KPIâs in all areas.
- Build a dedicated and competent marketing platform to meet and exceed monthly Front-Line and In-House tour generation, leads, and sales quotas
- Event research, price negotiation and developing marketing strategies for the prospective markets
- Develop and administer marketing plans and budgets
- Work with recruiter to achieve staffing requirements
- Attain budgeted production and costs
- Other duties assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience developing leads for current owners
- Timeshare Marketing is a MUST
- In-House marketing experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 2 yearsâ experience Marketing management
- Bachelorâs Degree
