Holiday Inn Boston-Bunker Hill (Distinctive Hospitality Group) is searching for a Director of Guest Services dedicated to delivering service excellence and being distinctive in all areas!
Oversee daily operations of front office staff to include quality assurance, guest satisfaction, payroll expenses and weekly scheduling.
Train and empower employees to exercise good judgment to make decisions regarding service, product quality, guest satisfaction by adhering to company training standards.
Handle guest’s requests and complaints appropriately and with urgency and accuracy.
Know, understand and practice with enthusiasm the mission, values, philosophy and experience of the brand; maintain and enhance the “Brand” culture.

Education: Preferred: Associate Degree or Bachelors. Degree in related field (i.e. Hotel Management).
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 3 years Experience with Front Desk Operations.
Minimum: 2 years Front Desk Manger Experience Required, 2 years front desk supervisor experience
Preferred: Minimum of 3 years Hotel Experience.
