Director of Business Development
New Vista Health & Wellness, a member of the CommuniCare family of health care providers, is seeking an enthusiastic sales / marketing professional with health care experience for the position of Director of Business Development for our Behavioral Health Hospitals in the Cleveland, OH area.
The position of Director of Business Development will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships in the community and to meet and exceed current budgeted census goals. Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary for this job, as well as knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance.
The ideal candidate for the Director of Business Development will have knowledge of and experience with insurance systems, and health care marketing knowledge and experience. At least 2 years successful health care sales/marketing is required for this position. The individual should have established relationships with physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities in the greater Cleveland area. This position involves travel in the greater Cleveland area and will be out of the company offices 85% of the time.
