Opportunity to live and work on the West Coast of Florida. CES is hiring for a Construction Project Manager who has Demolition and Hazardous Material Experience. We are seeking a professional who has experience in these scopes.
We are hiring for a project manager in the Greater Tampa Bay market. We have multiple jobs running in Florida. Demolition and Hazardous Material background is a must. A construction management degree or equivalent is preferred but not required. Candidate is responsible for organizing, budgeting and coordinating construction activities within the project management department.
Applicant should feel comfortable in a demanding and fastpaced environment with a wide scope of work. Applicants should have working knowledge of demolition and hazardous material including selective demolition,full-scale demolition, asbestos, lead, mold, heavy metals and emerging contaminants. Applicants will be expected to track quantities and analyze productions; identify and track change orders; and manage the purchase and delivery of materials. Be Excel proficient, manage job controls to ensure compliance with contract, budget, and schedule, develop and maintain project schedule to ensure work is completed on time & on/under budget. Develop and maintain all job reporting and logs to ensure project compliance.
Job Requirements:
Creating and managing project budget for all assignedprojects
Establishing job processes (RFIâs, submittals, and payapplications) including approving pay applications and negotiating subcontractchange orders
Performing project scheduling; ensuring project qualitycontrol and establishing overall project logistics
Management experience, excellent advanced computer softwareskills including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, includingability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Ability to organize necessary resources, including people,tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
Construction Management degree is preferred. Salary iscommensurate with experience, excellent benefits are provided.
Previous experience in a Project Management role with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
