Construction Estimator/Project Manager

The responsibilities of the Construction Estimator include:

Efficiently estimate new projects in a timely manner to submit for bidding. Perform material buyout. Perform material take off and purchase orders. Work cohesively with Project manager/Operations.

Skills/experience required: Experience with PlanSwift 10 or later , Experience with TakeOff Pro, Microsoft Office proficient, good written and verbal communication skills, good organizational skills.

The responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager include:

Efficiently manage project cost to budget. Minimize expenses. Effectively manage subcontracted work. Effectively negotiate material pricing and buyouts. Work cohesively with General Contractor to complete contract work as well as change orders. Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and actively procure new business.

Skills/experience required: Experience with PlanSwift 10 or later , Experience with TakeOff Pro, PlanGrid, ProCore, Microsoft Office proficient, good written and verbal communication skills, good organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 to $28.00 /hour

• Construction Estimating: 1 year (Required)
