We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to serve as our Industrial / Commercial HVAC sales / Project manager in the Great Cleveland commercial and industrial markets.
The position will primarily be responsible for finding industrial / Commercial service and installation projects and turning these opportunities into actual sales. Taking each project / contract from start to finish , ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
New Customer / account opportunities:
Continue a sound lead generating strategy for new customers. Follow up on leads generated by service and installation departments. Represent LK at trade shows and deal functions as requested.
Management responsibilities:
Work closely with the service / installation departments to ensure common issues are resolved through training. Work with scheduler to schedule projects on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Responsible for organizing manpower to complete projects in a timely fashion. Ensure quality control on all completed contracts and services sold through his departments.
Existing Account responsibilities:
Follow up on PM / service work leads to analyze customer needs and meet those via proposals, negotiations and business contract’s in a timely manner. Address contract or new customers concerns and questions in a timely manner.
Management responsibilities:
Responsible for reading blueprints and directing the team from start to finish on projects. Identifying issues before they become down time, while thinking outside the box, applying new and old technology together. Your team will need to be organized while continually striving for excellence. You may from have times where you are working side by side with the installation / service crews to help complete projects in a timely manner.
Qualifications & experience:
A track record of Commercial HVAC sales and project management.
Self directed and motivated with a passion for excellence.
Computer literate.
Great communication and people skills.
A drive for customer satisfaction.
