Job Summary
ComPsych is seeking an energetic Clinical Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for clinical quality, administration of clinical processes and successful delivery of services. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a clinical leadership position, a strong ability to work with a team and an in-depth knowledge of mental health practices.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborates with ComPsych’ s leaders to promote high quality clinical services.
- Provides clinical leadership to teams responsible for employer-related referrals (including fitness-for-duty and mediation services), global services and critical incident services.
- Provides clinical consultations to clinicians at a customer site.
- Provides employer-related consultations to customer’s management.
- Reviews account specific programs/changes vs. clinical service delivery.
- Resolves clinical service issues to ensure customer/client satisfaction.
- Analyzes data against productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Conducts team meetings.
- Conducts clinical case audits.
- Participates in quality assurance meetings.
- Participates in clinical meetings (clinical rounds, utilization management).
- Participates in new account implementations.
- Ensures implementation of new programs.
- Participates in customer and sales presentations.

Job Qualifications
- Psy.D. or PhD in Clinical Psychology or related field required
- 5 + years of direct clinical experience in mental health and chemical dependency
- Proven experience making decisions and solving complex problems
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with various levels of leadership
- Knowledge of EAP and Managed Care, a plus
