Vision Solar is a young and growing Solar Energy company! With the expansion of our field marketing team we are looking for applicants with both field marketing and management experience.

As the Field Marketing Manager you will be responsible for meeting weekly and monthly quotas to fill the needs of the companies we work with. You will be responsible for managing up to 20 Direct Marketers and report to the Director of Field Marketing.

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall production of the team and for all of the employees in the Direct Marketing Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Ensuring that the Direct Marketing Department is reaching it’s daily/weekly/monthly goals

-Managing Marketers in terms of production as well as ensuring that all marketers adhere to company policies in and out of the office

-Train Marketers on Solar Energy, pitching homeowners and practicing Vision Solar scripts

*Maintain Payroll
* Recruit and grow department

This is a position that offers an annual salary + commission paid weekly!
