Job Summary:

Treasure Island Management is seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence Manager/Director who will gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations to optimize the performance of the Treasure Island portfolio.

Main focus of this role will include supporting the analysis that will:

  • Increase revenue
  • Improve Sales Conversion Ratio
  • Optimize Digital Marketing Spend
  • Increase the quality of customer service

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources
  • Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers
  • Ensure proper setup and utilization of revenue optimization systems by property to deliver maximum effectiveness. Monitor properties for effective promotion/discount practices
  • Work with properties to recognize shifts in market demand and pivot quickly to adjust strategies to new competitive environment
  • Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals
  • Support Sales teams with pricing & promotion recommendations based on company performance and market data. Report on closing ratio by lead source and sales channel
  • Support Marketing team with data from CRM and lead tracking systems to improve marketing spend
  • Summarizes financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to collect and compile relevant data
  • Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically
  • Strong business analysis skills and 2+ years of experience as an analyst required
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Understands and can perform sensitivity analysis for revenue and pricing models
  • Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools
  • Success in creating Tableau dashboards
  • Experience with SQL is required
  • Success in developing statistical models with Python/R or similar software preferred

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Salary: $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 /year
