This is a key management position for a state licensed 126 bed limited mental health assisted living facility and have at least three years of hands on experience working with the adult mental health population in addition to a four year college degree from an accredited university. You will be responsible for problem solving on a day to day basis, providing oversight and supervision of staff and residents, working to ensure regulatory standards are being met, maintaining strict adherence to a meeting schedule and working collaboratively with community partners, stakeholders, families, physicians, provider agencies, case managers, hospitals, law enforcement, state hospitals, community hospitals, pharmacies, home health agencies and many others. You will be an on call after hours administrator and will need cultivate a positive team environment for staff and residents. This person will report directly to the facility Executive Director.
