National Autobody is the largest distributor of certified aftermarket autobody parts in Texas. Our goal is to provide our customers with excellent service all while ensuring we have the parts they need and deliver it in a timely manner all at a competitive price.
We are currently looking for a motivated, customer service oriented individual for an open Assistant Manager position.
The Assistant Manager must be able to do the following:
· Sales
· Product knowledge or have the ability to learn products quickly
· Inventory Management
· Administration
· Parts Sourcing
· Customer Service
The A.M. will be working alongside the sales team to help drive sales and customer satisfaction. If there are parts that the customer is requesting that we do not carry, the A.M. will try to source the part from our local partners.
Help identify declining customer sales by utilizing internal reports and help reduce any potential customer turnover by reaching out to the customer.
Help reduce returns.
Train and supervise employees in the sales department.
Help maintain a create an aesthetic show room for the walk-in customers.
Oversee Department finances such as AR and AP.
Process claims, shortages and damaged goods.
Utilize assets and resources to maximize employee productivity and performance.
Be a critical thinker: always thinking of ways to help improve operations that can in turn help drive our employees and sales.
3-4 years experience would be helpful.
Monday – Friday
Some Saturday work maybe required.
Salary will be based off experienced.
