Sterling Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 164 bed long term care facility located in Media, PA. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in assessing resident care needs and implementing appropriate action.
- Assist in providing leadership, direction and administration of day to day operations with patient care, nursing practice, and clinical education and development.
- Supervise staffing for the nursing department and supervise the quality of nursing care provided to the residents.
- Perform daily resident rounds.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of PA.
- Management experience in long term care.
- Previous experience as ADON.
