The JOB:
Our finance team is looking for an Assistant Director of Finance. Under leadership from a stellar DOF and supported by 2 experienced accounting team members, you’ll take charge of the overall accounting of the resort, month-end and reconciliations, in line with the decentralized corporate standards.

Requirements:
YOUR experience:
You are proficient in all areas of Accounting: Payroll, A/P, A/R, Credit, Collections, Income Audit, General Cashiering, Cash Flow.
If you’re currently in an Assistant Director of Finance role or a Senior Staff Accountant at a larger full-service hotel, ready for the next step, this position may be a great fit for you.
Hotel and/or resort decentralized accounting is an absolute must: the books for our full-service condo-hotel with multiple outlets and banquets are complex and detailed.
Any experience you have with condo / HOA accounting will be highly regarded, however, we are open to teaching fast learners with the right experience and take-charge personalities.
