ABOUT THE ROLE

Hillside is looking for a confident, organized Admissions Coordinator & Assistant to the Director with excellent communication skills. The applicant should be responsive, adaptable, and able to perform a wide range of tasks.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY include, but are not limited to:

Admissions coordination

Liaison with staff, students & families

Student records & transcripts

Database management & website maintenance

OSPI liaison

Facilities oversight & supplies management

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with admissions a plus

Experience with educational settings

Well-developed organizational skills

Familiarity with Google apps, WordPress, relational databases, Excel

Ability to work as a team and community member
