    Job Summary

    • MANAGING & GROWING an upscale salon.
    • Ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently
    • Be available for on call during studio operating hours
    • Plan and forecast correct # of stylists to meet demand
    • Deal with client & staff issues
    • Bank deposits
    • Marketing/sales oriented
    • Manages inventory
    • Studio upkeep
    • Implement structure, policies, and procedures
    • Be able to adapt to changes in an organization

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Previous experience as a Manager or Salon Coordinator preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrate excellent conflict resolution and mediation skills.
    • Must be proactive and independent thinker and decision-maker.
    • Must work every Saturday & be able to work open and/or close shifts.
    • Know cloud storage such a Google drive, Microsoft excel, Google sheets, etc.
    • Experience with Millennium a plus

    Must have

    • 5 years of management & customer service
