Required Skills:

Key Job Functions:

OMNI Technologies’ Management team seeks an experienced Project Manager to provide technical expertise to help facilitate and support capability assessments in support of decision making on mission-sponsored technology and information sharing programs and issues.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the development and implementation of analysis, collection, and core enabling function strategies.
  • Coordinate governance, documentation, and meetings to enhance analysis, collection, and core enabling function activities that meet priorities and close gaps. Support the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for executive level stakeholders on analysis, collection, and core enabling function activities.
  • Support the planning, facilitation, and post action needs for community sessions and outreach activities that address analysis, collection, and enabling function issues.
  • Oversee large and highly complex projects.
  • Create project teams, assign individual responsibilities, create project schedules, and determine and acquire resources needed.
  • Ensure familiarization with the entire scope and requirements of the projects and serve as a liaison between team members and functional area management requesting the project.
  • Leverage specialized knowledge of one or more specific technologies.
  • Liaise between various stakeholders and team members facilitating client relationships
  • Support the delivery of complex IT projects through the application of commercial industry best practices, technologies, and resources to develop, enhance, and modernize IT solutions as a part of a larger organizational transformation, systems implementation, or IT modernization initiative.
  • Track and document the status of delivery of all projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs and develop processes for a team to handle all aspects of an IT implementation project.


Basic Qualifications:

An individual must meet the following criteria in order to be considered:

  • Pass a background investigation
  • BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Cyber Security or related field preferred (experience can be substituted for educational requirements)
  • Possess a Top Secret clearance
  • Minimum 10 years experience with project and program management
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Security+ CE Certification
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, ITIL, CAPM, or Project+)

Key Job Functions:

OMNI Technologies’ Help Desk team seeks an experienced individual to provide technical expertise to help provide daily supervision and direction to personnel responsible for phone and in-person support to users in the areas of computer operating systems and desktop applications.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure that all phases of help desk support are properly coordinated, monitored, logged and tracked, and resolved appropriately
  • Analyze and propose ideas, suggestions, and improvements relating to customer support
  • Review and evaluate personnel work and prepare performance reports
  • Support the implementation and rollout of new or updated desktop technology requirements and desktop information security implementation support
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support for network operations across multiple operational networks and work with Tech Ops staff to close problems, identify workarounds, update documentation, and provide root cause analysis
  • Provide full implementation support for the desktop lifecycle process, including hardware evaluation, design, and support for core software load for user desktop computers, disk image creation and hardware device drive library management and maintenance, and conducting all required testing and evaluations
  • Support the implementation of emerging technologies, including software virtualization, thin clients, and Cloud computing, such as testing and evaluation
  • Implement and maintain security controls across mobile and desktop devices, develop and maintain all required information security documentation, ensure compliance, monitor vulnerability threats, and implement necessary protection mechanisms and added controls to mitigate and reduce potential risks


Basic Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Cyber Security or related technical field
  • Possess a Secret Clearance
  • Top Secret clearance preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a technical support management
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • ITIL Foundations and HDI Support Center Manager Certifications
  • Security+ CE Certification
