Sunshine Adult Day Care in Bohemia NY is looking to hire a F/T Program Director to oversee the daily program operations.
Responsibilities include:
* daily management and implementation the program
* ensuring compliance and conformity with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
* development of care plans for each member
* ensuring the recruitment of sufficient staff and volunteers to meet the needs of the members
* ensuring that each staff person and volunteer has a written job description that specifies duties, qualifications, and training to be provided
* monitoring the progress of each memberâs individualized care plan and ensuring the program is meeting the individualized needs of each member.
* ensuring that all members meet the eligibility requirements
* conducting routine quality assurance self-assessment to ensure program meets agency expectations and regulations

Salary: $30,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
