Position Summary:
The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing real-time operations of the pharmacy stores
and maximize resources to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, and economic goals. The
Regional Manager will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and other departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage individual stores
- Review, maintain and manage store budget
- Lead, coach and supervise all pharmacy staff
- Encourage professionalism, productivity, performance, and efficiency of all pharmacy staff
- Responsible for performance reviews for all staff
- Create short and long term goals for stores
- Visit, oversee and approve all work maintenance of the stores
- Work with the HR Department regarding hiring needs
- Performs other duties as designed.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office, Outlook, Gmail, Rx30 system and Internet
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Frequent travel by vehicle, plane or other modes of transportation
- Individuals may need to stand or walk for excessive amounts of time. Reaching above
shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting product or moving materials throughout the
workday.
- Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting, and traditional office
equipment as found in a typical retail pharmacy environment.
